This guide outlines the process for deleting your Rushbill account. Deleting your Rushbill account is a permanent action. Once deleted, you will lose access to your account details, wallet balance, transaction history, and any associated benefits. Ensure you resolve all pending transactions and withdraw any remaining balance before proceeding (because they may hinder your ability to delete the account).
Steps to Delete Your Rushbill Account
- Log In to Your Rushbill Account: Login to your Rushbill account using your registered email address and password.
- Go to Profile (in the menu tab): Look for a section labeled "Account Settings". This section usually contains information about your account, including personal details and linked payment methods.
- Find the Account Deletion Option: This option allows you to delete the account.
- Delete Account Process: Confirm your decision or provide additional information.
Option 2: Request via Customer Support
- Contact Support: Reach out via in-app chat, email (support@rushbill.com), or customer care phone line.
- Provide Required Information: Support will ask for details such as your registered phone number, email, and possibly a reason for deletion.
- Identity Verification: You will be asked to provide additional verification like a government-issued ID or OTP to confirm your identity.
- Finalization: After verifying your request, support will process the deletion within a specified timeframe (usually 24-72 hours). You will receive an email or SMS confirming the account closure.
